At CreatorStore™, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you experience an issue with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item arrives damaged.

  • The item is defective.

  • You received the wrong product.

To request a return, please email hello@creatorstore.co.za with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos or videos showing the problem

Refunds

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Change of mind purchases

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

  • Products damaged through misuse or improper handling

  • Items reported outside the return period
